this movie is a serious movie in that it shows the power of the human mind. Chand is (clearly) unhappy with her married life and the distress and depression caused by this situation forces her mind to create her own world (the way she wants things to be i.e. nice husband), and hence the title of the movie 'heaven on earth'. she uses her imagination to create a heaven (what she wants) on earth (in her world).
