I really like Philip and I don't want him to die.. Poor Philip, Poor Beth, Poor Lizzie and especially poor Emma, she has just found her Daddy and is going to lose him.. :-(
I wonder if this will make James sit up and realise how much his father has done for him..

Thanks for that info. Yes, it might suit them to continue to be vague. It's after all more a metaphor, it seems to me, for CBS' axing the show. GL's "golden boy" dies as the show does...

Well, there are plenty of infectious diseases that are terminal, esp if not discovered in the early stages. I can't think of a one that is "untreatable." I think the writers should have used the word incurable - there is always symptomatic treatment if nothing else. Can't off the top of my head think of one that will kill him before the Light goes out since we haven't really seen symptoms before now. That's a fast and yet subtle killer, eh? I'll be interested to see if they name it or not.

The game was hilarious. "These guys don't even have girlfriends. Look at 'em" Rick/Phillip got me all sentimental. :)
