This is a Quake III Arena port brought to the Apple iPad by Alexander Pick. This is a gameplay demo of version 0.1 that is iPad Native running at a resolution of 1024x768 on iOS 4.1.
This version of Quake 3 Arena includes both single player and multiplayer support and allows the user to either download demo data for the game trial or two install their own licensed copy of the game data. Installation of this version of Quake II requires a jailbroken iPad with Cydia installed.

Waste of time with those HORRIBLE controls. just play it on a laptop! I'm playing it atm on my MacBook, along with UT99. Nothing can match WASD and a mouse for these kinds of games.

Worst controls ever. I'll be bringing a real playable Quake 3 to the iPad soon just like I did with quake3droid on Android. This guy did a good job getting it running but those controls are just a joke.

lol i think i can play better with arrow keys only on a keyboard than an ipad, the whole control experience is absolutely horrible

@iPDevs: You should use the joystick control in the menu to pick a map (if the control responds)
