Within the context of American law the ' Islamic Emirate of Iraqi' is the enemy in the war in Iraq. @andrewpyrah I have no problem with the fact that the site exists. This is, however, not an issue of free speech. It is illegal for a US corporation to give material support to terrorists. This includes financing through partnership a website which calls on US citizens to fight in armed struggle against US troops. financing terrorism has nothing to do with free speech anyway, and incitement to treason is, in fact, not protected by the US constitution.
