  • or you could just play a d major chord and keep your third major, but your seventh minor.

  • u  use D7 in "riders on the storm" it's easy

  • im new and my book says to put my 2nd and 3rd fingers on the second fret, does this mean to put them actually on the fret or in between the 1st and 2nd?

  • What is the use of the 7 next to the D? Apparently it's supposed to include a '7th note'... I'm trying to learn basic chords right now on the guitar (is a newbie).
