@aadov if you don't like it...don't comment it...and believe MOST of real doctors say that Grey's Anatomy is the only show that really show the REAL life of the doctors in a hospital...just so you know!

@nicknsharonfan Bailey got separated or something earlier on in the season. The Chief was having Seattle Grace report all of their sexual encounters to HR following a class suit on Sloan by the nursing staff (yes, like the whole staff). The Chief didn't make Bailey fill it out, but mandated every other staff member, married or otherwise, to fill it out.

I loved this scene. It's funny how the Chief respects Dr Bailey so much he doesn't want her to fill out the form, and doesn't realize it seems totally offensive to her. He's so clueless... :)
