Canada Sucks: Toronto 's Harmful Sirens & Deaf Mayor Ford; Major Nourhaghighi 's Proofs, Persian DJ

Major Nourhaghighi made this factual & documentary video to show that the City of Toronto is in violation of Noise By-law. Excessive Noise may be causes of many physical & mental illness, such as Depression & Harms to Hearing System. There are many factors that few have been presented:

1- Old & Harmful Rules & Regulations that the City has obligation to follow, such as in case of a very simple accident the City has obligation to send Police, Ambulance & Fire truck, where no fire or injury has been reported.

2- Human Malice & Abuse in which most of Drivers, without any good reason using Sirens, sometimes to attract Women! Or for targeting immigrants with Malice




3- Corruption of Judges in not objecting to harmful laws, and the ignorance of members of Parliament to remove laws that TODAY they are EXTREMELY HARMFUL, for example Million people should suffer all kinds of Sirens, that a drunk has fall in the street. How many Bars Toronto has, how many fights goes there... then it is clear that Police even could not response to all 911 calls...




Several videos from the City of Toronto have put together to show sample of disturbing noises that study showing harm and damages against the health of citizens, in particular children.

The fact is that Toronto clearly violating the Environmental Law, for example the City of Toronto has obligation to enforce the Noise By-law. However all City Departments such as Police & Fire Department without reason, during 24 hours, using Sirens; and allowing Fighter Jets to flying low in excessive speed over the city contrary to the Aviation & Airports' laws.

Since 1990, Major Nourhaghighi continuously filing complaints against Noise Violations with the authorizes. Shockingly the Crown & Police targeted him with "Intentional Noise Disturbances" contrary to actions of all civilized nations such as intentionally activating Fire Alarm in his home in the middle of night or whenever he passing hallway, or as video has evidence has located a Weight Machine over his suite and operate it for 24 hours, and when he charged Managers at "456 College Street", the City refused to prosecute, and Judge Ian McNish has stolen a mater document during trial and dismiss charges and asked Major to pay $500 to 456 College Street for complaining against Disturbing Noises of Weight Machine ended to several years legal dispute and lawsuits in Ontario Courts....
