  • Best song in the game, imo. Also, Ada Wong needs to be the top or second to top villain in RE 6. Her and Leon need to do battle and come to a head in a tragic good vs evil conflict where Ada chooses a life of crime over her admiration of Leon, where as Leon chooses the side of the law over Ada. It would be a very compelling game if those two were forced to choose sides and they picked the opposite sides from each other. Brilliant story in the making.

  • @MystikWizard Interesting plot,indeed.

  • @edward18517 Most people thought of the plot as the most fucked up part of Resident Evil anyway :)

  • And it sucked ass as a Resident Evil game. If it isn't gonna build on anything in the series before it it should not be labeled as a main game at all. RE's canon may be fucked up, but it at least had consistency throughout it. 4 doesn't even bother to connect to T or Progenitor or anything! It's just "oh, here's a new parasite that has nothing to do with anything else in the series found by some random ass cult with a racist maniac leading it!"

  • you never needed to play through the other games to know who the characters were and the older games were far from crappy.

And no, 4 ruined what little there was to ruin of Leon's character. It's script pretty much made me wanna tear my ears off.

  • @edward18517 None the less... RE4 was a better game overall. It didn't focus on the fucked-up Resident Evil canon or the established characters, and the result was a fantastic game.

  • Resident Evil 4 featured an entirely new setting and antagonist so that people wouldn't have to waste time plowing through the crappy older games or online trying to figure out who the characters were. And at least Leon's pretty hair-style and lame one-liners made him more likable than the shitty bland Redfield.

  • RE5 was just as comprehensible as 4 without having a pretty much completely irrelevant plot and as annoying of a main character.

  • @edward18517

I believe you got it the other way around. RE4 was comprehensible for people new to the series i.e. me. RE5 took itself way too seriously.

  • 5 at least did things that actually mattered. 4's story was absolute crap.

  • FAN KICK

  • cool theme song :D
