hey thanks for some great tips. the only minor criticism i have is thata lot of your featured food items are contained in plastic that has a very dangerous chemical in it called bishenol a. bisphenol a is found in virtually every breast tumor and is responsible for the death of millions of women worldwide, but please dont take my word for it. research it for yourself and you will see.

Oh hey! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my m8 got detailed Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it.

@LosingtheFat i wish i liked these...i cannot get past their snotty texture or their ammonia smell. :-( I wish I could they are so good for weight loss.!

OMG too much processed food. Buy a squash and an onion and make your own soup & freeze it!. You won't regret it!

You mentioned mixing the shirataki with tomato saucewould you cook the noodles first? Sorry if this question is dumb but I have the cooking skills of a 4 year old. Did you say scallion hummus!?!? Youre going to have to tell me how that tastes! I LOVE almond milk. Have you had Boca burgers? Are the ones in your video better than those? I am a big fan of fibre supplements too!

Totally not a dumb question! I usually microwave or parboil them for 1-3 mins, dry them again & then add warm tomato sauce w/ a bit of reduced fat grated cheese. I dont know if u could just eat them right out of the package after drying them out (maybe cause its made from soybeans & yam flour). I'll definitely let ya know about the scallion hummus!

I've probably tried every veggie burger there is including Boca. I like both Morningstar & Boca. I think MS offers more variety but sadly a lot of their products are processed & high in sodium (which I try to avoid at all costs) What fiber supplements would you recommend? I'm looking for more = )
