should the elbows be locked or slightly bent? great video i have begun to practice this already.

@norcalrasta I have my elbows close to locked (I bend them more when I need to 'save' the handstand).

Thanks for doing this videos dude.I always find something useful from them.Class beats as always.
by the way do you do something for your forearms,they look crazy strong.

@Gooneryz Thanks man. I never specifically train my forearms - they're just the support muscles for pretty much everything I do. I'll try and work out which exercises, that I do, use them the most because I've had a few people ask about my forearms!

One thing I really like about your videos is that it's good step by step. No stress. : )
But why don't put your hands to close to your feet? It only influence how hard you haft to kick with your legs. The further away = the more kick.
Example if your going to do a handstand press up it's easiest if your hands are just in front of your feet.. But that requires a flexibility.. : P

@FabiusPyromanus Thanks man!
I think it's harder to judge the kick when your hands are near your feet. Most people who do that don't kick up far enough, and then over compensate and go over the top! I agree that you need your hands close for a handstand press up (I personally have my hands quite close), but this tutorial was for people who aren't at that level yet.
