Fish or people? The Republican view vs. the Democrat view

Nationwide, water has been consistently diverted away from families and farms and instead dedicated to other purposes that end up hurting families and jobs. For example, parts of the San Joaquin Valley of California are experiencing 50% unemployment due to these water diversions for the Delta Smelt, a three-inch fish. These policies effectively put fish over people. The Republican Motion to Recommit requires the President to submit a report identifying statutes and regulations that have reduced water supplies in rural America. The report would identify the long term consequences of the job losses associated with these regulatory barriers and recommend steps to remove the mandates that harm American jobs. The Republican MTR also directs a similar report on the San Joaquin Valley situation to mitigate for the tremendous job losses currently facing the region.

This is so tipical of the new tactics of land grabs and I tell you when the new owners come in the water will magically be turned back on. These people worked their way out of poverty to be pushed back into it by the new Green laws. That is what the new laws are all for, Cap and Trade is yet another grab for power and property. People wake up and know that it will continue to get worse. The US GOV is everstepping it's power and are endangering their people.
