Guys the new site is http://foreclosuremash.com - no more one-by-one applications. Now you complete one application and it submits to ALL asset managers. You have to complete a survey to get in. Sorry, but no one supported my site even though it was heavily traffic'd. YOU HAVE TO DO THIS. It's one application with all variables, so it sends in the format the asset manager dictates - very clever!
Guys, the new site is foreclosuremash.com - You can now submit your application to ALL asset managers in one shot. It's free, but you have to complete a survey to get access to the site because no one would dontate to the old one. The survey sucks but it takes 5 minutes. Possibly the best 5 minutes you'll spend this year. Once inside you complete/save/work on your application and submit it. Be sure to mention shortsale experience or second languages or whatever. It's the best thing you've ever seen
Free REO listing applications from asset managers as well as BPO contacts for real estate agents.
Hey Guys, I am sorry I never updated this video. Some members of activerain.com complained to NAR about the use of the word Realtor in the domain. NAR sent a letter to godaddy, and I guess it was a good letter cause, they not only deleted the domain, but banned the entire account; which sucked because the only backup I had was on the host.
I didn't take the video down because I intended to create a new site and never got around to it, about a month ago I was contacted by a guy who wants to create a similar site, except that it will automatically submit your application to all asset managers in "one touch". I gave him all the contacts (including Fannie Mae which contacted us about a month ago looking for agents in particular zip codes) and he is building the infrastructure.
I'm going to put a video up in a couple weeks of how to use the site, (and how to get an instant EIN from the IRS for those that don't feel comfortable putting their SS online). Additionally, he has agreed that there will be a downloadable PDF for those that don't want to submit online, and would prefer to do it themselves. The links in the PDF will go to the REO asset manager application, so that's cool.
He's not going to charge for the site, but he's going to make people do one of those survey things to get access for 3 days (so you can work on it over the weekend or whatever). The survey thing sucks, but it keeps it free and I can tell you from jadedrealtor that no one would dontate a single dollar for the information.
What else??? Just sorry for not updating you guys sooner, if I had known it would take me this long I would have taken the video down. I really intended to put something up sooner : (
I am going to delete some of your comments that include e-mails, just because I don't want you to get spammed, so please don't take it personal that I deleted them - thanks.
Oh yes, I am not affiliated with the new site, I have agreed to provide the contacts and do a promotion video since I already had the traffic, I will probably not even put it on this channel, but I will put a link to it in the old video that will go to the new video.
Yeah, so that's about it guys . . . thanks
Guys, please read the video description for an update. There is a new site now
