JBear: Have you heard of OIL PULLING?

That's putting a little GOOD GRADE, GOOD OIL in the mouth & swishing it around for a few minutes, pulling & pushing it thru' your teeth, backwards & forwards, then spitting every drop out - NEVER EVER TO BE SWALLOWED!

It apparently does WONDERS for ones health & fixed a friends chronic dental problem after years of battling with meds to try & remedy the problem.

Look it up on GOOGLE! :)

COCONUT OIL - AWESOME!!! But try buying it in SA & you're lucky if you can obtain a 500ml bottle on ORDER - not on any shelves - & at a whopping price too! :(

SO SAD :(

It's the ONLY OIL that doesn't SPOIL at HIGH temp, so should only ever be used for cooking purposes. OLIVE is still best for salads & cold use though - I think?
