Whether Allah is the moon god from pagan polytheism prevalent in the region of Islam's origins or not, he is not the God of the Bible. Thus Islam is not a continuation of the Judeo-Christian scriptural tradition, but a departure from it. Thus your simplistic definition of a Father is moot because Allah is not God and did not ever create anything.
