DMB #41 w/ John Mayer 10-2-2007 part 1

john says he owes his career to dave matthews band, and he kinda does. While they both play different kinds of music, they both hold up a great standard of classic soul in this day and age. john is an amazing guitar player, though he seems like hes trying to force his personality sometimes. Oh well, amazing performance!

I still can't believe i missed this. I had a feeling they were going to bring John out. I was there the night before at the Bowl and i thought that they were going to call out John. Really sucks i missed it. One day too shy

weener09...dont want to rip on you...but whether you like johns music or not he is one of the sickest guitar players around...and along with dave...the combo is insane..wish i coulda been there
