This show is hosted by two guys named Matsumoto Hitoshi and Hamada Masatoshi, they're famous comedians and tv hosts and Hamada is known particularly for always slapping you on the head for doing something wrong, regardless of who you are or what sex you are. These girls are obviously some idol group, they knew what they were getting into. The game itself is that if you loose in the rock scissor paper sequence you get hit, if you get hit on the head you loose, if on the helmet you do it again. :)
