How the fuck do these guys pick so fast. If I try to pick that fast my strings bounce all over the place and everything just fucks up. How the fuck do you get this good at shredding? I've tried all the video lessons but I still can't get to grips with it. Can anyone recommend a really good tuition video that shows the exact technique slowed down at least 100 times for me to understand?? thanks

practice a lot. don't jump right to the fastest speed. play slow at first then raise the speed a little and so on
