Occupy San Jose campers to be fined and arrested Oct 2011 2 of 2

Day 2 Local news coverage in California about the occupy San Jose protest threatened with huge fines every hour they stay, this is the next day and the group refused to leave the property that they then self own as citizens. The city hall backed down and gave them the permission to stay, how nice of them to give permission for something that is our right. It's really sad that city officials don't know a Constitutional Right when they are sworn to protect it.

@ShamanCola They forget that when they go to work the powers they wield are our powers we let them wield, it is not until they are off work that there peoples powers return, the only power there is in the people, they need to be reminded of that.

@LivingInTheVortex you can not get threw a day these days with out hearing Democracy or Terrorist, the word Democracy is in movies tv shows and always all over the news, I remember when I did not know the difference then my dad enlightened me and I was shocked at how I had been brainwashed he then informed me that the Federal Reserve is a private bank that loans us our own money and we have pay interest back to the private bank that then moves the wealth off shore. Amazing! End The FED!!

Individual Liberty not mob rule loose the Democracy line and move as one for individual Liberty and restore the Republic, if you are not sure of really what these words mean look them up you might have been tricked into thinking they mean something different. good luck to you all, wish I could be there with you but I am to far away, I will have to do something here where I life. I am glad they stayed. Interesting the city gave them permission to stay when they we own the city and have the right and don't need there permission. It is time to start contacting these elected officials and remind them who they work for, who gave them there job and who can take it away!!
