my boyfriend and i encountered an experience at the white eagle we couldn't explain.we were laying on the bed and it began to move in a way that was suited to it's brothel past. When we found neither one of us was doing it, we listen to any outside noise for a possible cause. nothing. later that night, my boyfriend claims he saw a man standing over the bed. he said he was looking at me, then turned to look at him when he woke. now, he's not sure if it was a dream or he really saw it.

have you been to edgefield? i stayed there for a couple days last month and it was a very haunted place. didn't know when i went, but had a couple experiences there and then checked when i was home again and low and behold, that's what others have said, too. we stayed in the wing above the winery and it was crazy, with banging on our door and dead moths left just under our door the next morning, alarm clock going off an hour into our sleep, etc. - and just an overall creepy feeling, ugh!
