  • I have always preferred the 2nd concerto to the 1st. Very difficult to find recordings though, I like this one very much.

    I had a set of records by Ruggiero Ricci of all the Max Bruch Violin pieces, lost it during a move.

    Bruch really understood the violin, in my opinion he is a very underrated composer.
