At lvl 30 you are able to craft your abilities

omfg I'm sick of these glitches in this game, they are pissing me off! I played several full games just now and I am not getting any targets! just pursuers! wtf!?!?! I even tried turning off my xbox and back on and it's still not fucking working. why is the game not giving me a target?! can someone please help me?!?!

@IshAlokI: It says a whispering sound...not a beeping sound. Turn up the music track in game settings.

@regensdominor: I can use the whispers and watch for suspicious behaviour. Takes practice, but once you master it, no need for guesswork.
