Thanks for the help! I was using my keyboard and the backspace key started to rock and later came off completely. Watching your video, I was able to put it back! I had to figure out which hooks equated to the back hooks (since it is a wide key), starting on the left and pulling to the right (vs back to front). It's working fine now!
I have an online final that I'm about to take which is timed, and I didn't need a faulty key causing me delay or error! Really appreciated the video THANKS!

Thanks - had a really sticky key and couldn't figure out how to fix it. Drove me mad - not being able to type properly - amazing how often you use the 't' key! All working great now and I didn't have to worry about trashing the keyboard!
