some basic rules to prevent any dishonor to National Anthem. National Anthem has that power that can make anybody relived during death.

1. Always be in attention position during the National Anthem.

2. National anthem if started then should be completed in anyways.

4. National anthem could not be sung under roof. National anthem should always be sung in open area under the sky.

but however, national anthem cant be ........it is unchangeable in any case...

It was Planned to be in a Proper Venue..Open Ground...But Due to Snowfall it had to be changed in Lobby of Counsulate Office.And i dont know whether u know or not..but China doesnt allow u to do Flag Hoisting openly..has to be done under a Private roof.
