I wanted to compliment you on your openness and empathy for MKP. I'm not a member but a friend is. I also wanted to encourage you to look inward for the solutions to the pain you said you are feeling. Forgiveness is at the root of healing. I like to remind myself by thinking of the line in The Lord's prayer that reads, "Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us". None of us are perfect and all need to feel forgiveness.
