Crazy crap man! I may be a wimp but I'd be SO afraid to even drive under the power lines so low to the ground, much less the hurricane itself! LOL

@abc467 Actually, It is proven that pole installations are MORE hurricane resistant than span wire installs.

those people have guts to be driving under those low lying lines... you dont know if they are energized or not... that'd be scary to me VERY scary. better to be safe than sorry

They have been putting more of them underground these days; but can't in most areas of S. Florida because the ground water table is only a few feet under the surface. Very few areas are more than 8 ft. above sea level. In this video probably only 4 ft. above sea level.
