Works on windows 7

Is there an option like this for Windows 7? Cause in Policies, it only shows "Enable write caching on the device" and "Turn off windows write-cache buffer flushing on the device". Help please?

Most internal hard drives are already optimized for performance, a really helpful tip would be to remind everyone to defragment their hdd regularly.

This is one of those things Ive always done and really don't notice isfd it makes a difference, I do it anyway tho. And like Kris says there is a risk of data loss if you lose power, but I might lose power where I live once a decade, I live in one of the most power stable places on earth, the San Francisco South Bay area aka Silicon Valley.

Kris,
You seem very computer savvy, I really appreciate your time and efforts to help other human beings. I almost invested in Finally Fast. I have a pc that I bought new off the internet in 2005, I use a Sprint Air Card, have a maxtor internal & Western Digital external HDs, my comp has been horribly slow the last few weeks, seems as though all my troubles started when I installed Google Chrome...Just noticed I don't have much space left, mail me at SevenMay2009ATYahooDOTCom. Sorry, My driver won't allow me to change it! how to fix this ?
I think that this only works for USB cuz I can't find any of that stuff in policies. It just says stuff about write chaching.

@SkidMarkHavoc This works for both hard drives and USB drives.
