I think stratus should start making second larger sized stove for car camping etc...

I would have to agree. The stratus trail stove is very impressive.

I decided to carry a spit open stove pipe as a wind screen/pot skirt that works great with small pots on the stratus.

I have one also. Have you tried it on an extended hike? say a thru hike of AT or something like that?
