Double-spiral mixer for intensive mixing. This mixer by means of the compression and decompression action of the dough when being processed between the mixing tools allows to have a minimum warming up of the dough and a mixing time considerably inferior in respect of a traditional mixer. Built in cast iron with gears in oilbath, hydraulic system of head lifting when releasing the trolley.
Supplied on request with a 99-program-computer and with a device to measure the mixing temperature.
