Street art mural on the wall of Dimmey's store in Richmond, that depicts the history of Melbourne / Richmond / Australia from the opening of Dimmey's to the modern day.
The mural, completed in 2005 by Haydan Dewar, skilfully depicts characters and moments form Australia's history, including: Ned Kelly, the Eureka Stockade, the exploration of Burke & Wills, Vegemite and Weet-Bix, the sporting exploits of Roy Cazaly, Phar Lap, Don Bradman, Jack "Captain Blood" Dyer, the emergence of Dame Edna Everage, the Olympics, the first Holden, Skipping Girl Vinegar, the Arts Centre, Count Down, Skyhooks, Kylie Minogue, Heath Ledger and Eureka Tower, to name but a few...
