That song should be there from the start. It does not require unlocking. The same goes for all the songs writen in yellow text on the song selection wheel

It's probably because you have the American version. It's only on the European version.

How did you get all those songs? I have this game, but I dont have all those songs on it? Do I have to unlock them or something?

Yes, you have to unlock them by playing stellar master mode and then buy songs from the shop on the game, which is located at the bottom on the main menu
