Yes, it just go's to show how connected everything is in Nature. This was especially emphasized towards the end of this clip. Thanks for uploading this! Victor was a very clever guy in tune with nature and harmonizer with it thus coming up with some amazing ideas.

@MindCrazedBanjo - no i think he was a real woodsman,axes only and very responsible managements, his mistake - like most science geniuses - was to give 'the authorities' machine designs, eg he designed a log flume, and the scum used it to murder loads of trees cause it was now easier for them to get them transported

It is easy to spout out research stats when they are made to fit whatever the researcher needs them to. People need to look at the whole picture & 7 generations ahead once more.

forests being destroyed? isnt the total biomass now greater than it has been in the last 20 years due to trees growing faster worldwide than the land area under the trees where they are being harvested?
