It's easier when the subject is upside down, as you can see lines and angles without being confused by human form.
It's completely freehand, and there is no corresponding image. (For reference I used one image of a face with strong colors that I eyedropped for the skin tones, one image of a lady leaning backward, and one image of a female face the proper way around, which I inverted. But the result is quite different).
Amazing once again. How long did the lineart alone take you? Something of that scale must have taken a while.

I'm not an artist so i'm trying to understand Painter.
I have a Graphire 4 so yes, I'm just beginning my journey. Did you just clone the image?

Yep. I saw them at a concert once and I've liked them since. Always wanted to use their music in a video... without permission.
