Chris Pratt, known as the "Creeper." It appears that he was fired from his job at the Target Distribution Center in Galesburg, Michigan, He can't help search for Mary Denise Lands, but he can find time to fish for pike or bass wearing his Target tee. The truck in the video is Mr. Pratt's.
Video obtained at 2:10 P.M., Friday, April 20, 2007.
Fish'in again on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 7 at Ceresco Dam with his brother, Jeff Pratt. Does Chris Pratt even have a job? How does he earn a living?

Update, December 7, 2007- Christopher Luke Pratt, age 39, will soon be a guest of the Michigan Department of Corrections after a jury of six men and six women concluded their deliberations yesterday. On March 12, 2009 Mary will have been missing for 5 years. We hope the WOOD-TV8 feature on February 5, 2008, and the 4th anniversary date will propel closure to this case. Because of the recent conviction of Mary's former boy-friend, on unrelated charges with a 4 1/2-15 year prison sentence, this was the first holiday season in the last four years that brought hope and optimism to the Marshall family. We continue our trust in law enforcement and the criminal justice system and we know that we soon will bring Mary home.
Let's continue to focus on Mary and how to achieve those objectives. We urge anyone who might have information to contact the proper authorities, and the family. Again, last week the law enforcement team spent hours in investigative interviews related to Mary's disappearance. They are just as vehement as we are in solving the case and getting the job done.

Christopher Luke Pratt, Mary's former boy friend was the last person to see her when he reported she allegedly walked away from home at 10:00 P.M. on Friday, March 12, 2004. 44 hours later he called family in California, and they reported her disappearance to police.

Update, March 16, 2009- "Top of the morn'in to you all".
As we have previously mentioned, there is a saying that the wheels of justice turn slow, but grind exceedingly fine.
This morning, Christopher Luke Pratt, Inmate # 673261 is now back at his old digs in Level II, Mound Correctional Facility in Detroit after a brief transfer to Cooper Street Correctional Facility in Jackson that MDOC acknowledges was an error. His minimal status to Level I has also been changed back to Level II.
Happy trails Christopher, & a Happy St. Patrick's Day.
Welcome back to the Mound!
Jim Carlin

  • Law enforcement authorities will hold a press conference at the Marshall, Michigan Town Hall on Wednesday, February 18th at 1:00 P.M. The Mary Lands family will be present along with friends and supporters. You are all urged to attend.

The event is expected to include comments by Susan Mladenoff, the newly elected Calhoun County Prosecutor, Acting Chief Sgt. Scott McDonald, and the Michigan State Police.

Together we are all working to bring Mary home.

  • Thank you xoaLynnM.

There is nothing personal in these videos. We just hope someone will step up and tell what they know or have someone else do it. I believe most of the Pratt family are good people just trying to get by like all of us. If this and other videos help people think and strive to be better citizens it was all worth it. Whether you are black or white, rich or poor, lead a perfect or imperfect life, all of us can contribute to our world & be better.

  • We had them out for a time so people could see and hear the persons involved and their connections. Many questioned our beliefs over three years ago and the Marshall family wanted the community to see some of the materials. Each and every video has also been provided to law enforcement and examined.

Great progress is going on in Mary's case but unfortunately that information is not shared with us, nor should it be.

We assure you that when events onfold every one of the videos will be posted.

  • If anyone is interested I suggest you take advantage of this program offered by MDOC Parole Board Victim's Coordinator, POBox 30003, Lansing, Michigan 48909. TX 517.241.7908.

It is never to early to have your name placed on the record to make a comment on a pending parole for Christopher Luke Pratt, Inmate# 673261.

You may not be a victim or directly involved but you are eligible as "a concerned citizen" and provide input to the Parole Board if/when Inmate Pratt is eligible for parole.

  • Ms. Shay, Cliff Marshall asked me to reply to your comments. Your facts are all wrong and evidence and statements are contrary to your opinions on Mr. Pratt.

The Marshall's have a listed number. If you wish, please contact them for the real facts and ask fellow employees at Target to come forward..

  • Enquirer had story that incoming prosecutor Mladenoff appointed Albion attorney Eusebio Solis, of Albion as chief assistant. Dan Buscher who convicted Chris Pratt will also stay on in the prosecutors office.

This new team and Attorney General will get the job done and give the family closure. These are real cops not misfits of Marshall.

If Pratt or anyone has information on the murder of Mary Lands you ought to be calling prosecutor-(269)-969-6980. Call them before they knock on your door

  • sick bunch. they will get it in end

  • We have all time time in the world.

You Pratt's need to come clean about Mary Lands.

  • Well, the butcher of felpaush showed up in Marshall, ADO PRATT's in town! Is her talking?

  • Chris Pratts father, Sam will be dead 2 years this weekend. A relative ought to talk with police and clear up this mess. They can help solve Mary Land case.

  • Dante Alighieri's "Inferno" has a vision of Hell based on Thomas Aquinas's interpretation of Aristotle's principle of retribution known as the concept of contrapasso, in which the soul's suffering in Hell extends or reflects the sin that predominated it. An example; murderers are boiled in blood. This vision of Hell is grounded as well in medieval belief of divine justice. We may never see justice for Mary on earth, however all will see justice in Hell for those involved in Mary's murder.

  • Keep up the videos and calls from jail and prison. Bring Mary home and anybody who can help should help. HELP KEEP CREEPER IN PRISON
