  • I agree with you, especially on the not controlling point. The petition is a suggestion to the writers. It's not a bunch of people forcing them to follow their exact script.

Good video. I was agreeing with Dan but decided to click on your response. Now I see what you mean and agree with you now. I'm going to look at other responses anyway, but keep posting :)

  • @NerdGlassesFTW Thank you very much for the kind comment and watching the video! It really means a lot. I think because of you I'll continue doing more responses to Dan (:

  • I think it's very true what you said about how tv affects people. A lot of the stigma we have in our culture comes from the media (not necessarily intentionally) but they also have the power to remove some of these prejudices. I believe the best time to tackle prejudice is at a young age, particularly as this is the time when children first learn what is normal and acceptable in society. Even if it isn't Bert and Ernie who get married, I think the topic should still be looked at.

  • @YouBrokeMyUsername Very sensible points, I completely agree

  • Very good points there

  • @CourtKloun Thank you!

  • @petercourt Yay! I really like your perspective on things, please keep making content!!

  • I mostly agreed with what you said. One thing I do want to say, though, is that in the first point, I think Dan was suggesting it more than pissing off the Repubs (Tories), but pissing them off enough for them to defund/shut down PBS (BBC). Now whether that is likely or not I don't know. They were recently prepared to shut down the entire government to achieve tax cuts for millionaires, so who knows.
