This is Korean one. Albeit they speak Korean, they had got no character to express it before 15C. However, King Sejong created 'Hanguel' which is a Korean alphabet system in about 1442. I suppose that is before 15C or older.

OMG that scared me, I was writing and then my sister screamed and i looked up to see the eyes at the beginning and I FREAKED out and hid behind my sister accidentally stabbing her face with the pencil....oops
