@Snebasseor Oh now its a joke? I see. I didnt say it doesn't happen. I just know from old experience that its rare, and most make things up. :)

@TheMetalArts It was a joke. I'm aware that sometimes happens where there are people who really can not hang with the cymbal line make themselves feel better by convincing themselves and other people "It didn't feel right", but you can not deny that there are people who can hang who genuinely decide not to do it for personal reasons. Will not deny that there are more people cut than people who can hang and decide not to do it, but saying it does not happen is unrealistic.

@Snebasseor Because of your anecdotal "evidence" from the mouths of other people, and the fact that your original comment was childish, "It doesnt seem you realize" how few people even make it to February Camps. You must have no idea how many people go to corps camps, get cut or cut themselves, then come home and tell folks "i wasnt feeling it," "It didnt feel right," "I didnt like it there" to make themselves feel better about it. You dont have to list them, chances are i know em already.

@TheMetalArts It doesn't seem you realize how many people are given the opportunity to march in SCV's cymbal line but turn it down either because of other obligations, are not really interested, and/or feel a connection to the group they have already been associated with and want to stay. Not going to bother listing these people, but they are still inspirational cymbal players and instructors I look up to.
