I am very afraid now.. Please help. i did my fertility cleanse in July and was thinking of starting to try in August. But ONE small accident caused me to get pregnant. I just found out. Is this going to harm the baby? what should I do?

if we have smoothies on the cleanse should we add other herbs or super foods to those or wait until the cleanse has ended?

Either way, it is not a big deal to take superfoods with the Fertility Cleanse. Spirulina would actually be really helpful.

Hi ArtistryByErin,
It is best to not take any other herbs during the Fertility Cleanse (because there are so many herbs in the formulas). You could still take a multi and omega fatty acid though.

I recently found out I have high FSH and LH levels..I ordered the fertility cleanse yesterday. Will it help to balance those out if while on the cleanse and thereafter I follow an organic diet?

The Fertility Cleanse will help to support the body in proper elimination of excess hormones. One of the keys to a healthy endocrine system is proper hormone metabolism and hormonal balance. I will have an article up in a few days on FSH and LH. Be sure to check it out as I go into more detail than I can here.
