I have 1 month before I go into the service. I can do around 30 pushups. I usually practice them with 15 pounds on my back. I really want to go from 30 to 60 in 30 days. Is this routine the best way to do improve?

I'm entering the Air Force In December, and I hope these push ups help me very well. I don't want to be one of those guys pulling people behind. I don't know the Air Force saying yet but HOOAH!
