man, i love the fact that we can be arrested before we break the law. That is SO awesome. I have no clear understanding of how or who makes the decision.

BULLS ON PARADE!!! I am a 50 year old white guy who makes a good living... A real threat to the United States? about as much as Iraq's Weapons of Mass Destruction. This is Bull!
