@Desterimos I have a question, I have been playing bass for about 3 years now and I just got an active bass not to long ago but it makes "unwanted" distortion when I play lower notes to hard. Does this bass do the same?

There are these things, they're called bass tracks. You might want to listen to them, and then play them, instead of playing the guitar riffs.

Furthermore, there's a reason Cliff played the way he did, it's a musical technique called Pedal Point, something that you obviously have never heard of before.
