I had mine done twice it didnt hurt either time and you can eat whatever the hell you want just nothing hot or spicy and don't suck out of a straw and then you are fine as long as you clean it out after you eat you are fine your tongue heals very fast so no worrys just keep it clean, puss is also normal.

I had my toung pieced omg I had to go to the hospital 4 a blood clot in my toung that I could have swallow n died n it was bleed crazy like a water fountain...girl and guys be careful...I could've also lost teast n I went to a perfecinal n he fucked me up...
