They should make this required viewing in high school before graduation. Who knows if it inspires a student to go find the cure for cancer instead of getting a safe accounting job (no offense against accountants)

@genpatton75 I see how Andy used the Hidden Secret in Think and Grow Rich too. He had a brilliant SPAs but that only came as a result of implementing the PPAs first. Congrats on quitting your job! That takes guts especially in this economy.

Vid description is so true. My own Shawshank was my job. HATED IT. But never had the guts to quit but when I did, one of the best feelings. I walked out of the office, hands raised in the air. Must've been about 1/100 of what Andy felt :)

If you like inspirational movies like this, you should read The Hidden Secret in Think and Grow Rich by Brian Kim. It shows you the natural process of goal achievement. You'll see how Andy used it after you understand it. I used it to quit my job too.

It's funny I felt the same way when I once quit a job that I hated. I really felt free.

My question is, where are all the inspirational movies like Shawshank and Forrest Gump and Remember the Titans and... the list goes on. Hollywood has lost it's way!
