This isn't far from the truth about how CAS operates - they steal children from innocent parents ALL the time. Because the public is so brainwashed to believe that if you are accused of child abuse, you must be guilty, and because CAS does such a good PR job and hides the truth, CAS can continue, for the meantime, to steal children from parents by lying, fabricating evidence, and so on. People are starting to wake up, though, and soon CAS will be viewed as the Gestapo of the new millenium.

your full of it there are rules if you are accused of abuse and the main rule is to remove the child preventing more abuse. you people talk out of both sides of your mouth,if they did not remove the child you would comment about how stupid the system is.use your own commonsense !!?

we still have lawsuits here but its not 4 every frickin stupidity driven thing like the us, ex coffee HOT, havin a baby HURTS (DUH!) and dont iron ur shirt while wearing it, actually READ the instructions u get w appliances its some idiot out to get free $ 4 stupidity or greed, etc.

I think the difference here is that the parent has every right to sue the school. Or at least the morons responsible for sending in the CAS report.
