I have no problem about telling you, i was just planning to make a tutorial. Anyway it is a cube and a little icosphere, parented to the cube. The cube has dupliverts on so istances of the sphere are created for every vertex (gotta subdivide it). After that you activate soft body simulation on the cube and do everything just as you would do normally.
