jailbreaking is actually unillegal the only illegal bits are downloading or distributing copyrighted data, like apps for instance, without paying

I'm not sure o_o. If you want to pay develepors for there apps, go ahead, if you just want paid apps for free. Use installous :P

lol when you jailbrake your ipod touch with Quickfreedom or Redtool or whatever, it will automically install an application called Cydia, which is basically all you need for your ipod touch for installing themes, and different 3rd party applications
