A few things I'd like to say after having this video up for a while:
1. Thanks for watching and commenting.
2. I know pine was a bad choice, I was going for the cheapest I could
3. I know its not perfect, this was my first time woodworking.
4. Having a set of chisels and gouges would have been nice.

  • Now you have a stock made out of douglas fir.

  • @XC2long4u Yep I assumed the 2 x 6 I found as scrap wasn't birdseye maple...

  • @ColeProductions20 No offense taken, I would definitely say I could improve a lot in my woodworking skills. What would you do to make a better design?

  • hey if ask u to make me one like that and send it to me how much would you sell the stock for

  • @MrLorenzotrigueros It depends, how much do you think is a good deal?

  • You did one hell of a job! Imagine if you had $2,000 in tools. Anyone who disagrees should make a video of a better one before commenting their crap. I just picked up a 1983 Marlin Mod. 60 for $65 with case, 100rds, excellent condition... building a bullpup (videos will fallow) trying to get a patent for my idea, just sent out some paperwork today. Anybody who is into .22's will want one. I am also working on a standard stock as well... Woodworking is awesome.

  • @ColeProductions20 well, good thing we didnt ask you....that looks great expecualy for a first timer!
