"The next primary villain will probably be Scarecrow. There's a lot of strange hidden easter eggs in Arkham City that imply the presence of Scarecrow in the game, even though he's nowhere to actually be seen. And during the Protocol 10 segment, there are suddenly a lot of dead thugs around the city who appear to all be wearing Scarecrowesque outfits, meaning they work for him (Although you never actually fight scarecrow thugs in the game)"

How did you get there? My riddle box did not open after the (guess where the hostage is or he is baroque room) to reveal the next location. I did the radio frequency the gaurd told me and riddler just tells me "is somebody trying to locate a hostage before they found enough of my secrets, I hope not". I'm stuck, please help.

@Vincezilla Just do more of Riddler's secrets, like finding the trophies and it'll eventually let you do it! :)
