In medical contexts, newborn refers to an infant in the first 28 days after birth. Therefore you don't know what you're talking about because a fetus is not a baby. Therefore abortion is only technically killing a grouping of cells that resulted from the sperm, and the eggs, and the what not. Not getting into that, you know.
