i dont want to cause a fight but kanaeva is not overscored... look at her difficulty and the way she executes her routines...not only that but she has such expression and poise :)

@fortheloveofRG Totally agree; I have just watched Bessonova's clubs routine from Beijing and it is nowhere near as creative or difficult as this. I dont think Zhenya was overscored at all. If Bessonova's routine was worth 18.100, well this HAD to be worth quite a bit more, because of the difficulty and sheer technical brilliance. So I say the scores reflected the routines completely.

@danasuperstar A Bielmann isnt a triple spin though is it? Zhenya's is a triple isnt it? Its not Zhenyas skill though, Simona Peycheva has used this for a number of years.

@hpobsessor1 The Russian nickname... I don't know how to say in English... It's the short version of Evgenia. Sometimes we call her Zhenetchka, which means "Dear Zhenya"

@hpobsessor1 It's just her nickname, that's coz her full name is Evgenya...like Anya for Anna Besso.

Kanaeva has shown herself much more mature at the last Montpellier championship than she was in this vid...her body has changed as well, I would say she's a woman now! When Besso was still competing, I had eyes for her only...but I have to admit now Zhenya is really the only queen of RG!
