The deceased has been identified as Tien PHAM, 17 years of Toronto.

Next of Kin was notified late on Saturday night, July 10, 2010, and they
were interview at length on Sunday July 11, 2010.

On Saturday July 10, 2010, the deceased Mr Pham arrived at the Excellent
Cantonese Seafood restaurant at 263 Spadina Avenue, and met with a large
group of friends. Mr Pham was seated at the rear of the restaurant close
to the door that leads into the kitchen and eventually to the rear laneway.

Just after 3:00 am the offender entered the restaurant through the rear
door, walked through the kitchen and into the dining room. He walked
directly up to Mr. Pham and shot him in the back of the head. Mr. Pham was
sitting down at the time. The offender then turned around and walked
briskley out the way that he had entered. There was no conversation
between the offender and Mr. Pham

There were approximately 50 patrons within the restaurant at the time.

A cause of death was determined at the post mortem examination as Gunshot
Wound to the Head. The Pm was conducted on Sunday July 11, 2010.

The Offender has been described as follows:

Male black, light skinned
5'7"
early 20's
Slim build
Shaved Head
Dark coloured hooded sweatshirt
Dark coloured loose pants
White running shoes
Wearing white perscription glasses
